Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and integrate BIM models with geospatial data for comprehensive 3D project visualization
- Process and analyze LiDAR point cloud datasets to generate high-fidelity 3D terrain models
- Design and maintain GIS databases with spatial analysis capabilities for infrastructure projects
- Create and manage digital twin platforms for real-time monitoring and simulation of urban environments
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to align spatial solutions with project requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 19650, OGC) for geospatial data management
- Research and implement emerging 3D geomatic technologies to enhance project efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in BIM/LiDAR/GIS integration for infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, Civil 3D, Pointools) and GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Strong understanding of coordinate systems, geodetic principles, and spatial data structures
- Certification in BIM management (Autodesk Certified Professional) or geospatial technologies preferred
- Experience with point cloud processing and 3D visualization tools (CloudCompare, FME)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into actionable spatial solutions
