Are you a visionary technologist at the intersection of spatial data, BIM, and immersive visualization? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Spatial 3D / Geomatic BIM & 3DGS Specialist to join our team in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital twins and geomatic intelligence by leveraging cutting-edge LiDAR processing, BIM modeling, and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) technologies.
You will be responsible for translating complex spatial datasets into high-fidelity 3D models and interactive environments. This position is ideal for a tech-driven professional who thrives on pushing the boundaries of GIS and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency, enhance visualization standards, and implement advanced digital twin solutions that bridge the gap between physical infrastructure and virtual representation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-accuracy BIM models integrated with real-world spatial datasets.
- Process and clean complex LiDAR point cloud data for urban planning and architectural projects.
- Implement and optimize 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) pipelines for high-performance visual assets.
- Manage end-to-end geomatic workflows, from raw field survey data to finalized digital twin visualization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure spatial accuracy and technical integrity in all models.
- Create interactive 3D visualizations and simulations to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in spatial software and optimize rendering performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and GIS software environments.
- Expertise in LiDAR processing tools (e.g., CloudCompare, Terrasolid, or similar).
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) for 3DGS workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation for BIM integration.
- Familiarity with spatial databases and coordinate reference systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical innovation and efficiency.
