Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for safety systems and related equipment.
- Conduct system installations, configurations, testing, and commissioning at client sites.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
- Train clients and internal staff on the operation and maintenance of safety systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or a related discipline).
- Possess a related technical certification; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
- Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably within safety systems or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Negeri Sembilan and surrounding areas as required.
