Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MV/HV electrical switchgears, transformers, and protection systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical network faults, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Supervise, coordinate, and inspect maintenance work performed by internal teams and external contractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and operating procedures.
- Manage and optimize the performance of SCADA systems, power monitoring systems, and protective relays.
- Lead or participate in the commissioning, testing, and integration of new electrical equipment and upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with all workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations, including LOTO procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in HV/LV electrical network operations and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and power system protection schemes.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems is highly advantageous.
- Valid Singapore Electrical Worker License or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
