Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for cybersecurity products post-sale
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical insights
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and implementation guides
- Monitor and resolve client issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to provide proactive recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or cybersecurity implementation
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, cloud technologies, and AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with enterprise clients in the Indonesian market
