PSA Corporation is seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist (Service Recovery) to join our Equipment Engineering team at Pasir Panjang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our terminal operations, ensuring that heavy-duty port equipment remains operational and downtime is minimized.

As part of our service recovery team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our automated port infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and restorative maintenance for terminal equipment, including Quay Cranes and Automated Guided Vehicles.
- Execute rapid response protocols to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct diagnostic analysis on mechanical, electrical, and control systems to identify root causes of failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement permanent fixes and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical reports in accordance with safety standards.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or industrial engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in reading technical schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled systems, hydraulics, or heavy industrial machinery is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 port operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for field-based engineering work.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
