Tanggung Jawab
- Execute technical advocacy and consultative selling for Lysaght Sabah products across construction projects
- Develop and provide detailed technical specifications tailored to project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize material applications
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients and partners
- Analyze project blueprints to recommend appropriate building solutions
- Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and product innovations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand market presence in construction sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and construction documentation
- Experience with Lysaght products or similar building materials preferred
- Certification in building codes or sustainable construction advantageous
