As a Technical Staff member, you will be the face of our technical expertise, handling on-site installations, system configurations, and routine maintenance. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that are both technically sound and user-friendly. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation and configuration of gate automation systems, sliding gates, and electric motors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in home automation devices and security systems.
- Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of all installed hardware.
- Inspect sites to assess requirements and determine the best technical solutions for clients.
- Ensure all installations comply with local safety standards and company quality protocols.
- Provide clear, professional technical support and training to customers regarding device operation.
- Maintain accurate service logs and manage inventory of installation parts and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in technical support, installation, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of gate automation mechanisms, home motors, and smart home protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various field environments and lifting equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office applications.
