Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and specialized chemical analysis on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation (e.g., Spectrophotometers, Viscometers, Chromatography equipment).
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed reports for quality control and process optimization records.
- Collaborate with the Production and Engineering teams to troubleshoot process variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols and ISO standards within the laboratory environment.
- Assist in the research and development (R&D) of new chemical formulations or product improvements.
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or chemical manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates with strong internship credentials are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure manufacturing demands.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
