Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute manufacturing engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and machinery upgrades.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production defects.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical or engineering role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems (e.g., ISO 9001), and production methodologies.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD/CAM tools.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
