Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate stamping presses and tooling systems according to technical specifications.
- Maintain and inspect stamping machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Monitor production output for quality control and address any defects immediately.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality management standards.
- Document production data and report machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement tooling improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in operating stamping machines or press tooling.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical blueprints and schematics.
- Physical stamina to work in a factory environment and handle heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet production deadlines.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
