You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, and managing the technical performance of our vessels. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor day-to-day vessel maintenance activities to ensure continuous operational readiness and seaworthiness.
- Supervise dry-docking projects, major repairs, and routine maintenance work on board.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime safety regulations, classification society requirements, and local environmental standards.
- Manage the procurement of technical spare parts and supplies required for vessel operations.
- Analyze vessel performance data and technical reports to identify trends and implement cost-effective improvements.
- Coordinate with onboard crew and shore-based staff to streamline maintenance workflows.
- Conduct regular vessel inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks or mechanical failures.
- Prepare and manage technical budgets and reports related to vessel expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid professional license or relevant maritime certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical ship management or shore-based fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of marine machinery, electrical systems, and navigation equipment.
- Proficiency in Maritime Safety Management Systems (SMS) and international maritime regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience in budget management and technical procurement processes.
- Ability to travel to port locations as required for vessel inspections.
