Join Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. as a Technical Superintendent and play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence and safety of our maritime fleet. This critical position requires a proactive leader to oversee daily vessel operations, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards. You will be responsible for optimizing vessel performance, managing maintenance schedules, and fostering a culture of safety among crew members. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily technical operations and maintenance of assigned vessels to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance (SOLAS, ISM, etc.)
- Coordinate with shore-based technical teams for repairs, inspections, and equipment upgrades
- Monitor vessel performance data and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime
- Manage crew training programs and certifications related to technical operations
- Prepare detailed technical reports and incident investigations for management review
- Liaise with classification societies, port authorities, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related technical field
- Valid Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer Officer license (STCW compliant)
- Minimum 5 years of sea-going experience with 2+ years in technical superintendent role
- Proven expertise in vessel maintenance planning and troubleshooting systems
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and crew management capabilities
- Proficiency in vessel management software and reporting systems
