Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical management and maintenance of dry bulk carrier fleet to ensure operational reliability and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate vessel inspections, dry-docking, and repair works with classification societies and shipyards
- Monitor vessel performance metrics and implement corrective actions for machinery systems
- Manage technical budgets, including spare parts procurement and capital expenditure planning
- Develop and maintain vessel-specific maintenance plans aligned with company standards
- Investigate technical incidents and implement preventive measures to enhance safety
- Collaborate with chartering and operations teams to support commercial vessel deployment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in technical superintendency or senior marine engineering roles
- Valid Class 1 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Proven expertise in dry bulk carrier operations and maintenance systems
- Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and maritime regulations
- Experience managing vessel budgets and technical procurement processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions under pressure
