Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to meet departmental KPIs.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor technical staff to enhance their skills and foster team cohesion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize logistics workflows.
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or technical leadership role within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and KPI management.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and improving operational efficiency in previous roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by production needs.
- Valid Malaysian work pass or eligibility to work in Malaysia.
