Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technical staff to ensure optimal performance, high morale, and effective collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets and service quality are consistently met and exceeded.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures to minimize errors and defects in deliverables.
- Manage inventory levels and equipment maintenance schedules to prevent costly downtime and ensure availability.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, workplace standards, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with management to develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and ensure technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or technical lead role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of technical operations, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in standard office software and technical reporting tools.
