Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of skilled technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Plan and coordinate daily technical operations and project workflows to meet strict deadlines.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on team productivity, project status, and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate training sessions to upskill team members.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in excellent working condition.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns and provide technical support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical or trade-related field.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of industry-standard maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in a trade-related discipline is highly preferred.
