- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for Spanish and English-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot software issues using diagnostic tools and guide customers through resolution steps
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Deliver product training and feature demonstrations to enhance customer proficiency
- Contribute to knowledge base development and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor system performance and report emerging technical trends
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ years of customer/technical support experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills with empathetic customer service approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
