You will be responsible for providing high-level technical assistance, performing product demonstrations, and ensuring that our customers maximize the performance of their Rigol instrumentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Rigol's range of test and measurement equipment via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers to highlight product capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical pre-sales support and ensure the selection of the correct instrumentation for customer applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and FAQs to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between the local market and our global R&D teams to communicate product feedback and feature requests.
- Execute site-specific installations, configurations, and calibrations of complex test systems.
- Manage technical tickets efficiently, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or test & measurement roles.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, signal processing, and measurement techniques (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software interoperability issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites across the region as required.
