Search Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Assistant to join our team in Kampong Ubi. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational efficiency of our clients' electrical and IT infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, providing a blend of on-site and remote support to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, ensuring that all systems run smoothly. Beyond repairs, you will act as a vital link between our team and external vendors, managing logistics and service requests. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for clients, empowering them to utilize technology safely and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive on-site and remote technical support for electrical and IT systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage service contracts and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Deliver client training sessions to ensure proper usage of technical systems.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs for future reference.
- Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and basic electrical principles.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and training.
- Valid driver’s license (required for on-site travel within the region).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
