Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex engineering systems.
- Lead research and development initiatives for new product prototypes.
- Design and refine technical schematics to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure all technical output adheres to industry safety standards and internal compliance protocols.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and documentation standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong command of English and Malay (written and verbal).
