As a key member of our technical division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and integration of our engineering systems.

You will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, providing robust troubleshooting, and offering expert technical guidance to ensure seamless project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for industrial engineering equipment and systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections, performance testing, and routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to address client technical queries and resolve system malfunctions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including maintenance logs, user manuals, and incident reports.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and configuration of hardware and software solutions.
- Train clients and internal staff on system operations, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Monitor system performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or field engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical faults.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
- Familiarity with industrial automation or control systems is a significant advantage.
