As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting complex technical challenges, managing support tickets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions accurately within the internal knowledge base and ticketing system.
  • Escalate critical technical problems to senior engineering teams with comprehensive documentation.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of software systems for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and technical enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network fundamentals.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a contract-based setup with flexible shifts if required.
