Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain 3D inspection machines at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance optimization of equipment
- Train clients on proper operation and maintenance of inspection systems
- Document service activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or field service
- Experience with SMT, AOI, and SPI systems is highly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
