Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for Emerson industrial software and hardware systems.
  • Diagnose, document, and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver prompt solutions for field engineers and customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of technical inquiries to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
  • Conduct remote diagnostics and provide step-by-step guidance to clients during installation or maintenance phases.
  • Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated with the latest technological advancements in automation.
  • Ensure all support interactions adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering) or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or application engineering.
  • Strong background in industrial automation, PLC, DCS, or instrumentation systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective client communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or incident management tools.
