Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate semiconductor equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Deliver responsive after-sales support and preventive maintenance services
- Document service activities and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical improvements
- Travel to client locations across Penang as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues
- Excellent communication skills for client training and support
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment manuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
