Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent)
