Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees across the organization
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Provide technical assistance and training to users on company software and systems
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations for future reference
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement system improvements and upgrades
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, software applications, and network infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
