Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of technical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize client downtime.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of deployed systems.
- Provide clear, concise technical guidance and training to end-users during installations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all site visits and repair activities.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate recurring technical challenges.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for field service activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
- Strong proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing project timelines.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
