Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation and commissioning of technical systems at client sites.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and diagnostic support to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Develop and implement technical solutions tailored to specific customer operational requirements.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance audits to ensure optimal uptime.
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical support cases, system configurations, and site reports.
- Assist in the training of clients on system operations and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical support, commissioning, or field engineering.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with control systems, industrial instrumentation, or relevant technical hardware.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Tuas and West Region area as required.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
