Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for multifunction printers, copiers, and office peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade office hardware and smart office integrated systems.
- Manage service requests via a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights and support for client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed maintenance tasks.
- Educate clients on basic equipment operation and troubleshooting best practices to improve user autonomy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, specifically within IT hardware or office automation.
- Strong understanding of printer/copier networking, drivers, and print server management.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A valid driving license is preferred for travel to client sites within the Central Region.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple service calls.
- Proven commitment to customer service and high-quality technical standards.
