Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
- Manage and maintain the office IT infrastructure, including printers and peripherals.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and filing systems.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of office supplies and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems and coordinate with external vendors for repairs.
- Ensure data security, compliance with company policies, and accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct regular system checks and assist in software installations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and server maintenance.
