Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare, robotics, and automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain medical equipment and robotic systems
- Document service activities, technical solutions, and client interactions
- Train healthcare professionals on system operation and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D team to report recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Manage service inventory and equipment calibration schedules
- Respond to emergency calls and provide after-hours support as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in healthcare or robotics
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in automation systems and medical device protocols
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field travel within Penang
- Excellent communication skills for client training and documentation
- Certification in relevant technical areas (CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
