Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for our global partner network.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
- Support the deployment and testing of unified communications and security infrastructure products.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales engineers on technical assessments and documentation.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of lab environments for demonstrations and training.
- Provide administrative support for product knowledge bases and technical resource portals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing support workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in network security, cloud computing, and unified communications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundamental IT troubleshooting methodologies.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
