Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for PCB/CCL materials, resolving complex product issues and customer inquiries
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for material-related defects in manufacturing processes
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients on PCB/CCL material applications and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and material innovations
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including troubleshooting guides and application notes
- Monitor industry standards and regulatory changes affecting PCB/CCL materials compliance
- Support new product implementation through technical validation and customer onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing or technical support with CCL materials
- Strong knowledge of PCB substrates, laminate properties, and material science fundamentals
- Certification in electronics manufacturing (e.g., IPC-A-600) or quality management systems
- Proficiency in technical analysis tools (e.g., SEM, FTIR) and material testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in failure analysis and corrective actions
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency highly valued for regional collaboration
