Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in precision systems
- Execute preventive maintenance protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Provide emergency repair services and technical support during critical production periods
- Document all service activities, maintenance logs, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Deliver technical training to clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Certifications in semiconductor equipment (e.g., ASM, Lam, Applied Materials) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
