Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions
- Execute preventive maintenance protocols to maximize equipment uptime
- Provide technical training to client operators on equipment operation
- Document service activities and maintain detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement equipment upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance
- Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Familiarity with vacuum systems and precision measurement tools
- Valid cleanroom certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
