In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer satisfaction, ensuring that our devices are maintained to the highest standards. You will diagnose complex hardware issues, perform precision repairs, and provide technical guidance to our users. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on realme smartphone devices.
- Perform component-level repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, and motherboard component checks.
- Maintain accurate repair logs and technical documentation for all processed service requests.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face technical support to customers, explaining repair processes clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all repairs meet strict quality control standards and brand service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the workshop is organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with regional technical teams to resolve complex technical escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in smartphone or electronic device repair is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Android OS architecture and mobile hardware components.
- Ability to work with precision tools and micro-soldering equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin (to communicate with diverse customer bases).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple service tickets efficiently.
