As a key member of our engineering support team, you will provide critical technical guidance, troubleshooting, and system optimization support to ensure our machine vision solutions consistently exceed industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for machine vision hardware and software systems to local and regional clients.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of vision inspection systems.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify recurring technical issues and implement sustainable product improvements.
- Analyze image processing data to optimize performance and increase yield accuracy for production lines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides for end-users.
- Conduct professional technical training sessions for clients to ensure efficient system operation and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively suggest updates to maintain competitive technical edges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, preferably in the machine vision or automation industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python for vision application development.
- Deep understanding of optics, lighting techniques, and image sensor technology.
- Experience with major machine vision software platforms (e.g., OpenCV, Cognex, Matrox, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites for system integration and maintenance tasks.
