Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to global clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cybersecurity platforms and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams to escalate and resolve high-priority technical incidents.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical risks.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on emerging technologies and security trends.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Strong background in troubleshooting networking, cybersecurity software, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow).
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified) are a significant advantage.
