As a Technical Support Executive, you will not only oversee daily maintenance workflows but also serve as a mentor and supervisor to your support staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor technical support staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor the daily performance of machinery and technical systems, conducting proactive inspections.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, equipment status, and incident reports.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all systems meet company safety and performance benchmarks.
- Assist in the training of new technical personnel on machinery operation and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support, machine maintenance, or facility operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage shift schedules effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Genting Highlands and operate within a shift-based environment.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic office applications.
