Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain aviation laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance for student practicals.
- Provide on-site technical guidance to students during aerospace engineering workshops and lab sessions.
- Monitor and enforce strict workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols within laboratory environments.
- Assist in the coordination and logistical support for aviation-related events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on aerospace simulation tools and hardware.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of lab tools, components, and consumable materials.
- Collaborate with faculty members to prepare lab setups, ensuring all resources are ready for curriculum delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in a laboratory environment, workshop, or technical support role is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of aerospace safety standards and general engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to instruct and support students effectively.
- Proficiency in basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
