People Advantage is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer specializing in outdoor and adventure learning to join our team in the North Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and maintenance for outdoor adventure learning equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks of adventure facilities
- Assist in setup and breakdown of outdoor learning environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues during outdoor activities and expeditions
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Train staff and participants on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of adventure learning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with outdoor education teams to support program delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in technical field, outdoor recreation, or related discipline
- Experience with outdoor adventure equipment and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols for outdoor activities and adventure programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with youth or educational groups preferred
