Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Technical Support or Helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malay (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to work in Penang Island.
