Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of technical support experience in IT/software industry
- Proficiency in JIRA and other ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
