Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical assistance via chat, email, and voice channels.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software-related customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the database.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and resolution quality.
- Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate department for further investigation.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures.
- Foster positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for technology.
- Ability to multitask in a blended (chat/voice/email) support environment.
- Previous experience in a BPO or Technical Support role is preferred but not required (freshers are welcome!).
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and internet troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Ayala Alabang area.
