Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain ID card printers, turnstiles, and biometric systems at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site troubleshooting and repairs
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on proper system operation and maintenance
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Document service activities, prepare detailed technical reports, and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Represent Commerce Asia, Inc. professionally while building strong client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree or certification in IT, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or field service
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, with experience in printers, access control, or biometric devices preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field assignments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple service requests
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
