Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for security systems and related equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems according to client specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure optimal system performance through regular maintenance and updates
- Document all service activities, including system configurations and issues resolved
- Train clients on proper use and maintenance of installed systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in IT or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or security system installation
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork
- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
