Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver technical support via Intercom platform (email, chat, and support tools)
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with team members to address complex technical escalations
- Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics for quality assurance
- Identify trends in customer queries to improve support processes
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to non-technical users
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Intercom and similar support platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically
- Experience in BPO or call center environment advantageous
- Proficiency in English and local dialects
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
