- Provide expert SQL support and troubleshooting to resolve database-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by clients in a timely manner
- Document all support interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SQL databases and related technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative with a focus on SQL databases
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries, database structures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
